The efforts filmmakers, studios and producers are making to get their films to wider audiences is now turning bigger with each passing day. After SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2 released across 6500 screens in India and is now set to come out in over 4000 screens in China this September, things have changed. Aamir Khan's Dangal too was released across 9000 screens in China and so has 'Superstar' Rajinikanth's 2.0 announced to be coming out in over 7000 screens in India when it hits theatres on January 25, 2018.
In the midst of all this, Salman Khan's upcoming action drama Tubelight releasing this Eid on June 23 has been announced to get a release across 9500-10000 screens in India alone. These are massive numbers indeed and will no doubt reflect in a positive manner at the box office.
Tubelight is already estimated to take a gigantic opening owing to Salman Khan's huge image with the trade predicting it will hit the 100 crore mark in the first week itself. Whether the film has a shot at collecting 1000 crores remains to be seen.
